Duties of JPA Company are defined in 9 units and two sectors of men and women sportswear. Processes of design, local trade, foreign trade, financing and quality assurance are done at company's head office. Processes of production, planning quality control and human resource are done at the factory.
1.    Design: When market research is done by respective authorities and topics are determined, designing begins at this unit.
2.    Local Trade: local trade process, preparing raw materials and essentials for producing goods, selling products and evaluating business programs are taken place at this unit.
3.    Foreign Trade: Coordination and governance of ordering, buying, selling, imports and exports of raw materials, production requirements and final products are done at this unit.
4.    Finance: Financing operations and evaluating turnover programs and analyzing financial reports are taken place at this unit.
5.    Quality Assurance: Quality assurance of products, CRM programs for indentifying customers' qualitative needs, receiving standards, implementation of different systems in order to improve quality and productivity are actions taken place at this unit.
6.    Production: At this unit, Ordering forms which have been prepared by designers and have the confirmation of managers, are given to production authorities. The production process is then done under predetermined criteria and standards by using world's newest technologies and professional and trained staff.
7.    Planning: Production priority planning, evaluating production programs and raw material inventory planning are done at this unit.
8.    Quality Control: Quality control of products, inspection of raw materials and product quality are taken place at this unit.
9.    Human Resource: Administrative processes, labor supply, labor training, welfare state and protection and preservation of company's properties and equipments are done at this place.
